Boswellic acids are the key triterpene phytonutrients which are responsible for Boswellia’s ability to help relieve pain and swelling associated with osteoarthritis of the knee.
Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule three times a day with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Cautions
Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal effects such as diarrhea, abdominal pain/cramps and nausea. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
