RECOMMENDED DOSE - (ORAL) ADULTS ONLY:

1 to 3 capsules per day with a glass of water.

Puncture vine Fruit Extract (Tribulus terrestris L) Minimum 40% saponins 300 mg

Horny Goat Weed 15:1 Extract (Epimedium sagitium) 200 mg

(Equivalent to 3000 mg Dried Horny Goat Weed, standardized to contain 10% Icariin)

Maca 4:1 Tuber Extract (Lepidium meyernii) (Equivalent to 400 mg Dried Maca Tuber) 100 mg
