Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics or other medications.
For use beyond 1 month, consult your health care practitioner.
Risk Information: Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood pressure medication, immunosuppressants or lithium; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome) or a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis; or if you are allergic to bee products, poplar tree products, or balsam of Peru. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use immediately. If you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea or severe abdominal pain, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. If you have an immune-compromised condition; or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, do not use. Consumption with natural health products or other drugs which increase blood pressure is not recommended. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your health care practitioner.
